Our world is going digital...

Our world is changing quickly - We need to move with the times!

Just to get this clip on our blog I had to find it on youtube, copy it onto my laptop using TubeTV, then condense the file size down using iMovie - before I began I had no idea how to make a video clip smaller but I problem solved (many times over!) and worked it out eventually!  Keep an eye out for clips you'd like to add (they might be related to technology, ALJ, math, anything relevant) and I'll show you how I did it  :)

Term 2, Week 4 Homework

• Continue working on your 'Lost Wall' assginment. You should aim to finish drafting by Friday, giving you plenty of time to check and publish everything.
• Become a member of both wikispaces and blogger.com so you can participate in things online easily.
• Math (see your math teacher)
• Spelling (as required)
• Reading (15-20 mins per night, depending on how much other work you have)

Thanks for joining us online and for taking such an active role in your child's education.  This site will give you the opportunity to keep up to date with what we've been up to in room 31 - we have a busy year planned!

I'm really looking forward to continuing on a wonderful year with you all and hope to make the most of all the opportunities we are presented with   :)
